"Be yourself, everyone else is already taken." — Oscar Wilde

Full-Stack Developer, Software Engineer & Web Developer

  • City: Chicago, IL & Denver, CO

I am a full-stack developer and software engineer who made a career change after success full career as a communications consultant. Like so many, the pandemic stopped me in my tracks and helped me realize that I wanted to shift my career path. After careful reflection and research, I began my journey into full-stack development and software engineering in early 2022. I recently completed General Assembly’s Software Engineering Immersive program and am inspired and excited about the journey ahead.

As a consultant I have worked across many sectors including health, fitness and wellness, pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, fintech, and consumer health products. The skills I developed in client services, operations management and as a project manager will translate well to help troubleshoot and execute projects as part of a team.

My goals are to build robust, creative and useful applications, software and websites ideally in sectors where I have acquired knowledge and extensive experience. I value functionality as well as design for optimal UI and application operation. I am continuing to develop my skills and learn new languages to master building full-stack applications.

I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and now reside in Denver, CO. I am an avid sports fan with particular passion for the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bulls and a developing loyalty to the Colorado teams such as the Denver Nuggets, the Denver Broncos and the Colorado Avalanche. I am also a big mixed martial arts fan. I train in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. I enjoy sailing, traveling and love music. I come from a big, very close family who reside both in Denver and Chicago so I have solid roots in both cities.

I look forward to connecting and collaborating.
